Great software, it's very intuitive and clear to use.

From adding property photos to task management(upcoming maintenance events) it covers everything needed.  It's a league apart from managing via excel spreadsheets and the like.

Best of all, I keep finding new ways to use it to streamline my business.  They are extremely helpful and prompt at replying to questions.  Thanks Alphaletz

Landlord with over 30 years experience who has tried and tested many landlord packages out there.

Alphaletz is a breath of fresh air, intuitive user interface, good speedy response and most importantly saves me 80% time when pulling in bank feeds and matching bank transactions.

There is a clear workflow of setting up portfolios, properties, leases, tenants. The dashboard makes it easy to see the essentials such as Rents received, Expenses paid, Upcoming tasks ( certs expiring etc ),  Rent arrears, Occupancy/Voids and monthly cashflows - all presented sensibly and clearly.

Early days, but I guess I have finally found a SINGLE package that ticks the essential boxes.

Reasonably priced. All backed up with same day answers to support queries.

Having moved from a general accounting software, I find Alphaletz the perfect fit for my property management company. The app is easy to use and well thought out. Unlike general accounting software, all property details, photos, notes, etc., are kept on the same platform, so easy to access. The bank feed is very useful for accounting purposes also. It makes our life easier, we don't need to do anything manually anymore, it's easy to keep all the records in order and monitor them on regular basis. It is easy in use, great for professionals. As both a landlord and a letting agency business owner for over 23 years I must say Alphaletz is a must have electronic product for landlords to keep our accounting affairs in order. It beats an excel spreadsheet, keeping all your letting agency statements in one place, reconcile your bank balance with income and expenses and could save you money on your accountants fees at the end of the year! Brilliant software that has allowed me to streamline my rental business. For years I’ve spent weeks filling in spreadsheets for a tax return and never felt confident in myself to keep accurate records. This has definitely changed that for me. I now know every invoice and receipt is saved and matched to my transactions and all my properties are kept up to date. Absolutely Amazing Software
After all these years of struggling to consolidate everything in one place...along comes Alphaletz. The system is so user friendly and there is always support at the end of the phone. Most impressed that on a Zoom call we were talked through how to do certain things that were specific to our business. There are videos to support you too.
